I called to get a quote for some work. I got some answers and for others they promised to call me back. They didn’t. So, I had to chase, dialling 1, 2, etc. speaking to the call centre and couldn’t get back to the person I spoke with. The challenge for you is that whenever I go through the telephone system the jingle tells me repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly of the great service, your aims, exceeding customer expectations, etc. When you adopt that position, you have to deliver on it, otherwise it's just hollow marketing.

Deeply disappointing experience. I purchased a used Audi from Audi Aylesbury that had a serious fault (non-functioning air conditioning) from day one. Despite being promised prompt repairs and clear communication, the timeline shifted repeatedly — from “Monday” to “Friday” to “next week.” I never once had the car in my possession in working condition. What made matters worse was the poor communication and dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to exercise my legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act. My initial rejection was ignored, follow-ups delayed, and I was even threatened with the removal of the courtesy car. At one point, the team claimed that by using the courtesy vehicle, I had accepted the faulty car — a completely inaccurate and legally flawed argument. I have now had to escalate the matter to Audi Financial Services, Trading Standards, and the Motor Ombudsman, simply to have my statutory rights respected. This experience has been incredibly stressful, time-consuming, and has left me completely disillusioned with the Audi brand and this dealership. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution — or better yet, take your business elsewhere
