AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. My partner purchased a car from here in April. After conducting some research into the make and model, we had found some issues and wanted to cancel the purchase/change to a different car. We had emailed expressing our concerns , before even picking up the car, and got no written response (typical as they dont want evidence on their end) and asked us to come in and discuss. They said they could not cancel the transaction and its legally ours and that everything had been checked thoroughly by their mechanic even showing a random video, which btw, didnt show the actual issue we had worries about. And basically said - its out of our hands, and that warranty covers it and 'well everyone changes cars every couple of years anyway'. Low and behold, the car broke down within 4 months of the purchase, does not even start, from the exact issue we were reassured about. After this, when ringing regarding the fact that we had even tried to cancel the transaction well within 14 day cancellation period we were asked if we had recorded - aka videod the conversation we had had in person...?? As if anyone just thinks to record conversations for future situations like this. Very very dodgy. My partner now doesn't have a car as he now has to try and sort out this mess.
