We had a fantastic experience with buying our car through Sherwoods Durham - the sales advisor Nigel was especially helpful and very informative and we left feeling really well looked after. The care and consideration he took showing us the vehicle, going on a test drive with us and the communication was some of the best customer service we have ever received. My experience at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham could have been better because it took a while for them to get the ball rolling with my new car, upon arrival they hadn’t even included car mats and the whole process was stressful. They did however deliver my car out of hours free of charge which was very kind and considerate however they lied about things throughout the process and I wouldn’t use them again and would also recommend anyone who asked me to avoid them due to this service.
