My experience at Motor Match Chester could have been better because the car I purchased broke down after 48 hrs the dealership need to get to grips with the statutory rights of customers before trying to force you into there policy out trumps the law, I would recommend the directors send them back to school to learn this, I must say dealing with Sharon at customer services was a pleasure and she helped with schooling a certain person
The experience at Motor Match Chester overall was great. I didn’t take into consideration the distance and my examination of the vehicle was hurriedly done. I trusted that the vehicle would have been inspected properly before handing over but I believe some minor issues slipped through the cracks.
I would not recommend Motor Match Chester because the finance process was awful. I was accepted and then obviously had to complete a finance form. I did this the day before I was picking my car up. I screenshot the confirmation. When I arrived at the showroom I was told I hadn't completed it, I showed them the screenshot confirmation but was told I had to complete it again which took a good length of time. When I completed it I was paying my deposit and all of the card machines were broken, my phone had died filling in the finance form so there was then a problem paying the deposit. The whole process of paying for my car was awful. I was in the showroom 3 hours way too long to pick a car up. My sales person Oscar was so lovely though and my car is fabulous but the process to pay for the car was awful and way too long
