Absolutely appalling service from Pentagon ford Runcorn trying to get hold of the service team for days they don’t return calls or answer the phone replied to an email they sent my son and never responded it’s funny if your buying a car they cannot do enough for you but after that horrendous

Pentagon Ford Runcorn have only relatively recently become a commercial vehicle/Transit Centre. This is super convenient for me living so close to the dealership. On this occasion the van needed some software updates due to a company recall, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. You can’t really ask for more than that. The Service receptionist/advisor I dealt with Sue, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, a pleasure to deal with.
