Avoid this place at all costs. I bought a car here at CHEPSTOW CAR DEALERSHITP and within a week it was riddled with electronic faults. Their response? “Leave it with us for a week”—and then do absolutely nothing. No fixes, no updates, just empty promises and wasted time. Four months in, the ABS sensor needed replacing. When my mechanic got underneath the vehicle, he found the underside was in a disgraceful state—severely rusted, dangerously worn. It would never pass a legitimate MOT. Yet somehow, it had a squeaky-clean certificate issued by the MOT garage conveniently located next door. You can draw your own conclusions about that arrangement. Before I could even sort the ABS issue, I had to replace the exhaust, suspension, and several other components just to make the car roadworthy. This was not a minor oversight—it was a blatant misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition. I've chased them relentlessly via email and phone. No solutions, no responsibility—just deflection and silence. Their claim about “high standards” is pure fiction. Once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own. Hi Tim, it's a honda civic type R I bought it around november 2023, my lawyer has called several times to sort it out and you have not been cooperative at all. So don't want to pretend anything now on social media, I will not rest until you pay for all the damage you have done to me.
