I would not recommend Bridgend Ford because when I left the lights came on for the main bulbs being broken so I had to go back the following day and that went okay but they should have done it on the day. Today now, the engine light came on as well. I rang them, and they said they wouldn't even look at the car until they speak to the salesperson -- they said to call AA but I can't afford that. So I've been left in a difficult situation because I need a car for work reasons. They've made me very very frustrated. I would have liked the service to be a lot better, this has impacted me, I've got a hospital appointment among other things that I haven't been able to arrange a lift for. They should have sent out AA. They weren't prepared to do anything because they were closing, but it was only five o'clock, and they were working because they were talking to me. I feel palmed off.
