My experience at Waylands Reading could have been better because when I raised a concern about an electrical fault which was present on the day of delivery/handover the garage did not seem to want to immediately address our concern or correct the issue. 8 days have passed and we still don't know how or when this will be resolved. Since raising this concern it has been difficult to get anything meaningful back from the dealership. Volvo Customer Service and the Selekt Warranty provider have both explained that this is a responsibility of the garage that sold the car, as it should have been identified and corrected in vehicle preparation. Communication has dropped off a cliff now that the garage has our money. After-sales care (arguably the most important aspect for brand and dealership reputation) has been poor and we could not recommend this garage to friends.
I'd recommend Waylands Reading to anyone because they are superb at everything they do. Great choice of cars, friendly & professional service and exceeded expectations throughout the whole process. Special mention for Jim Davies who was an absolute pleasure to deal with on this. I will be recommending Wetlands Reading to anyone that will listen...
