He was patient, courteous, and answered all our queries (having never owned an automatic before). We didn't feel rushed, and the 3 month warranty assurance provided by Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield is a bonus. Having access to the representative who sold you the car during the warranty period is reassuring as a customer I am valued.
