I went to get my radio and navigation fixed since there was no sound coming and the speed showing on the navigation was wrong. I paid \xa3159 and I was told the amplifier needs changing which is \xa33000 plus and they could not update the navigation software since their systems were down. The technician who looked at my car did not meet me to give a follow up of what work did he carry out and in what ways did he try to fix the issue before saying the amplifier needs complete changing. I emailed him for some information and did not get a reply back as of yet. Not happy with the service I received for the amount I paid and my car problem is still there.

One word horrendous. We were looking to buy maybe a kona or a Tucson. Just was window shopping at this moment of time. There was a young man dealing with us very pleasant and polite. We were not absolutely sure how much we wanted to spend. Then a manager came in to interfere. So damn rude. Told us couldn’t get what we wanted in our budget. We hadn’t decided what we wanted to spend. He wouldn’t tell us the price of cars and how much they would be giving us for ours. He was so damned aggressive. Felt sorry for the young lad. He certainly isn’t going to learn any CS of him. We will not set foot in that Bradford garage again to be spoken to like that. We just walked away. My advice do not go to this garage you may come across this aggressive and rude man. I was a manager in CS for years. If I heard my staff talk to any customer like that they would not last long. I’m afraid he spoke to the wrong person with his cocky attitude. Feel sorry for rest I’d sales people. 🤬🤬

As a motability user Harvie was able to give me all the information I needed Even down to ensuring that the colour I'd asked for was available.
