Simon was not only informative and helpful but also patient, allowing me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, take photos, and record videos for my wife who couldn't join me at first. During our subsequent visit, the experience was just as pleasant; we were given all the time we needed to examine the vehicle and go for a test drive.
