I loved that he could video record all aspects of the car because I couldn’t see the vehicle in person. It was as good as being there myself. At first, I didn’t want to make the monthly payments towards my service, but after he explained all the benefits and advantages, I changed my mind. It was how he explained, no pressure, just honest, straightforward facts. I was picked up at the train station when I went to pick up the car that morning, and he had got me a hot drink. Vasile’s approach was excellent customer service, which made me think about the car I was getting next. And when I've been stuck when getting used to the car, I could contact him and be advised.
