Brought car in may “bmw 3 series 320d shadow edition on finance. Car was sound as a pound. First payment had come had issue with coolant, taken to bmw dealership to get properly checked out with issue not these back street garages, bmw sorted issue as it was the oil filter housing came up to 1,700 to repair, bmw advised me that car engine seems like it’s about to go and I asked how they said there’d been and engine tuning down to car which I was not aware of .Car was good after until 2nd August as driving on my way to work and car goes into neutral beat in mind this happened to me on the mway as I work nights. Car then wouldn’t start had to call a recovering to take my to service station then another to tow me to bmw. Waited for bmw to tell me the issue and they did a deep mileage search as well as service car. Car had done 64k when got the car from ace cars I had done 5 extra mileage on car which is now 69,149 but car is currently on 115,978 miles on clock dealer ship don’t want to know about this issue and don’t want to know about mileage tampering and remap on car as I raise these questions to them they just ignore it I am not without an engine bmw are saying 17 grand for a new one I have been robbed and been put out of pocket. Will he taking ace car sales to court. And finance company are investigating the issue as I’ve been mis soled a vehicle, wouldn’t take vehicle if the misled was high if ace car sales sees this if they can try sort out a new engine for me or pay my finance off thank you

As I got the car got it home and had continuous issues with it 2 tyres where bald to the point the metal wire was on show on the inner wheel, the tracking was way out, the air con system doesn't work the auto start stop doesn't work, the rear screen washer was leaking onto the headliner inside the car, exhaust rattles like hell due to a rounded off bolt that can't be tightened the ambient lights inside only half of them work the other side doesnt. I got the car on finance and didn't get chance to look first until I collected it and only found the issues over the first few weeks of owning it. In all fairness I feel I've been done over already had to spend around 780 pound on it to make it road worthy with new tyres all around and 4 wheel tracking done. So no I don't recommend ace car sales I reached out about bringing the car in to be looked at however had issues dropping it off and getting a lift back but received no help from ace cars at all. They did offer to have a look at it but I couldn't get it there and they weren't interested in helping me get it back to them. Getting a new car that says it's all in great working order according to the paperwork and then having to pay to get jobs done so it's not dangerous is a kick in the teeth. dissatisfied to say the least.

The garage claimed my car i took in for a part exchange had fault codes even though it had just had a clear health check from BMW. They claimed my car had faults with no engine management light. The garage admitted his report against my car was false once i had pulled him up on it. The garage said my alloys needed work but then agreed they were clutching at straws at this point and wanted me to fork out more money asking for thousands of pounds extra when an agreement had already been made. I can see they respond to all negative reviews because they want to make sure they keep their agendas hidden. Avoid at all costs and dont waste your time.
