Audi A4 2007 (07) - 2.0 TDI SE 4dr

Don’t waste your time or money. I reserved a car through auto trader and was in talks of receiving the relevant information to finalise our purchase. We received a walk around tour of the car at 5pm and was unable to get through to the office before closing due to no one being available. Fast forward to today 3/9/25. This morning we attempted contact multiple times, upon getting through at 10am we were told our reservation was removed as the car required further prep - alignment, alloy wheel refurb and two new tyres. Might I add we were already informed prior to this the tyres where in good condition. Instead of being given the opportunity to continue our purchase our deposit was removed and the price of the car was increased by almost \xa3700!! When calling to discuss our grievance of this clear unprofessional act. I was greeted with the phone being put down on me. I proceeded to call multiple times with each time the phone was answered and no one replied. I was clearly being ignored. I then spoke to a young lady who had been very helpful throughout our experience until now. Who informed me this was not normal practise and recommended I sent an email but no manager would be available to speak to me. I then mentioned I felt this would go unheard again after having the phone put down on me. To then be told perhaps the car isn’t for you if you’ve had that bad of an experience. I have worked in the motor trade for many years and this is disgusting behaviour when treating customers fairly. You have not only pushed someone that would have been open to these changes had you made me aware but you have now priced the car way out of the current market value. It is clear this company has no idea regarding being courteous or how to treat a potential buyer with respect. As shown in previous review replies. To add further to this my partner has now also been blocked via the watsapp correspondence of the car. It is clear this company is unable to take criticism. Avoid at all costs * Should a manager wish to contact me to rectify this issue I am more than happy to consider updating my review. But as it stands it is clear you do not value your customers I repeat if you are looking for a used car avoid at all cost!!

Massive shout out to the guys at Binca! Long time subscriber to Calvin’s channel absolutely love his work. Brought a green sticker Qashqai a few weeks back dealt with Leon, Sam and Mia. All of them were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales and allow you space and as much time as you want to look at however many vehicles you want to look at without hovering around you. Their traffic light system is easy enough to understand and you know what you are getting with each category. Part exchanged my previous car and the whole transaction was so pleasant and hassle free. After sales care is great too, very helpful with any questions shout out to Jerome! All of the guys are passionate about cars and you can really see that! After many years of ownership it was time to reluctantly sell my Golf R. I was looking for a hassle free way to have someone sell the vehicle and was attracted to Binca’s presence in the performance car space having followed Calvin and Binca’s presence online. I decided to visit Binca on a weekday evening. I was greeted by Sam who provided clear information on my options to sell the car via Binca. I was reassured by the service that this was a place I could trust leaving a vehicle of value with on a sale or return basis. Sam kept me updated during the sale process as well as prompt payment and follow up afterwards. These are decent people to deal with. I will not hesitate doing business with Binca in the future.
