We have just bought a wonderful car for our daughter from Criteria Cars. From speaking to Ben via email about the car to going and seeing the car and making a deal with Shaun and then picking up meeting Ben and having everything explained was a breath of fresh air when buying a car from a dealer. When we viewed car there was a few things we wanted sorted if we was going to buy it none of this was an issue and when we picked the car up everything was done as well as a service and MOT these guys have the cars checked over by another garage not there own in house mechanics. The car was perfectly clean inside and out. When any family are looking for a car again Criteria cars will be the first place i look. Thanks Guys

I bought a Volvo V40 from criteria cars at the very end of 2024. I have to say that the entire sales experience was seamless. From the minute I walked through the gate until I drove away in my new purchase was a joy. From the get go I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, honesty and cordiality. Yes, the car did have a few little problems (mainly electrical) but Ben as true to his word had these booked in with Volvo and the problems sorted within days. The standrad of cleanliness and the pain-staking detailing ( this is no mean task and requires hours of patience and determination) that Sean put into this car must also be appreciated as it was as if it had just rolled out of the factory; flawless work buddy. The car itself is a joy to drive, it is comfortable, economic, extremely safe and packed with features that even now I am still discovering. It makes driving fun again. I have never bought a car from anyone else except a major outlet near Downham Market before. However, Criteria Cars will be my next port of call (if I have to ever buy another one) Great job Criteria Cars and the team, please keep up the good work.
