Ford Puma 2024 - 1.0 EcoBoost Hybrid mHEV ST-Line X 5dr

Saw the car on forecourt on Sunday when salesroom was closed. Put a reserve on it online. Test drive next day and bought it! I couldn't take delivery immediately because of my holidays, but I requested a dashcam be fitted in the meantime. Two weeks later I'm the proud owner of my 4th Ford Kuga. The salesman, James, has been so helpful both during the sales process and since. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything promised has been fulfilled. One week later I've already received my Road Tax refund, so the paperwork gets completed efficiently as well! Great all round service. Thank you Perry's

Extremely poor costumer service and not open to feedback or learning when a complaint was made. No reassurance given regarding data issues/concerns even when complaint escalated. We will never use again and would not allow recommend

I'd suggest Perrys Mansfield Ford to a friend because Alan was so friendly and really helped me understand difficult parts of buying a car and nothing was ever too much trouble to him. I wouldn’t get a car anywhere else now

James made us aware of the models that fitted our requirements and left us to have a good look at these before we asked for a test drive. There was no pressure. We found some minor marks on the offside front wheel when we got home. This was promptly fixed the following day.

My experience at Perrys Mansfield Ford could have been better because ,I felt they we’re pushing for a deal , they wouldn’t move on the trade in value of my car which was top of the range Kuga vignale with £3000 worth of ford extra’s on my trade in, and they pushed for my new car to be collected on the last day of the financial month , and not the 1st so I lost a months tax at £620 for new car
