The experience at Perrys Swinton Vauxhall CV was great because steve who delt with us was so helpful and friendly explained everything in easy terms to understand he's also done follow up phone calls to make sure everything is all alright I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car now we've had 3 from perrys swinton and get 100%customer service every time
I would not recommend Perrys Swinton Vauxhall CV because I called numerous times about when i was coming to collect the vehicle to be told it was ready and agreed a day and time i was travelling by train and told to call when at Doncaster which i did so that they could pick me up from the nearest train station but knowbody showed so I called and was told the message had not been passed over so i walked to the garage, the car was shown to me and i get the garage needs to make money ect but the truck was sold with an advisory front tyre when i highlighted it they just said it was legal and suppose to be fair it was BUT I had it mot d 2 days after purchase and its an advisory so i think it should have been changed JMO i noted a nail / screw in the rear tyre and was told it had been checked but just missed so i asked them to pull it out as i dont want a truck with a puncture to which they did after being looked at slightly vacant i thought again just my opinion. They changed the tyre as it couldn't be repaired which felt like waiting hours, i asked a few questions with regards the gold maintenance thing they sold me and was told all the details are in the brochure emailed over to me they offered a hard copy to which i said yes to but never got. i took the truck as just needed it for work and was fed up of looking on the net. all in all a great truck up to now for what i need but i would not buy from these again. Just a note there was a couple of other people moaning in the shop while i was there so maybe its a regular thing with them.
