Women on the phone was really good gave us lots of information after the service still spent over \xa3500 on the whole. Then got to the car and it hadn't been valet, my wife asked why they hadn't cleaned the car, got told what did you expect? Surely a hoover, got told they do the footwells in the front, no footwell was cleaned front or rear, car wasn't clean at all. Turned into a front off and had both chikdren with us so decided to leave. Complementary valet appparently doesn't mean a hoover or clean. The attitude wasn't right, let alone the service.

Although the staff were courteous and polite as usual, l was not told when l made the appointment that it wasn’t an actual appointment. I had been there about twenty minutes when the receptionist advised me that l would have a long wait, due to it being exactly that. If it wasn’t for the fact that l needed the mechanic to check for a fault which had happened on my electric car, l wouldn’t have made the effort to drive for over an hour from my home. In the end, l waited nearly four hours for the car to be checked, only to be told no faults had been found. Next time, l’ll either book a timed appointment or ask for a courtesy car.

i was very disapointed with vauxhall when i booked my service i was told it would be cleaned,it came back the same as it went in dirty,having a mobility car you would think they would send it back cleaned.full marks to ford never had a problem with them .

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I appreciated that I was listened to on booking my car in right the way through to completing my visit. I was phoned regarding progress of work on vehicle. The person who dealt with me was friendly and helpful and I was pleased that the young lady (Daina) in question recognised me when I arrived at Drive. I definitely appreciated this little personal touch. I would recommend Drive North Bristol.

Dreadful. Charged me to repair our van even though it is still in warranty, blaming it on the ‘way the van must have been driven’.
