Ian Dabill at Audi MK is very personable, efficient, and really works hard to satisfy his customers needs, and expectations, and clearly a man you can trust too. I am on my third Audi, and all from Audi MK. I have been more than satisfied with their service and willingness to find solutions to problems. If 6 stars was an option, then I would hit that button!! Major car manufacturers are having a tough time at the moment, but quality stands out in the end.
