Poor experience overall, they cancelled the first appointment because the car wasn't going to be ready in time rearranging for 3 days later. 3 hours before the new appointment I was asked to push back another hour. After driving 2 hours to get there I was called 10 minutes before arriving to push it back further. I was on site 45 minutes before the car even turned up. All seemed well, got it home and 170 miles driven after purchase the Engine Management light came on. Multiple faults, and definitely not accrued in 170 miles of travel. After owning the car for 4 days the car has already spent 2 days in a garage for diagnostics with more to follow. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend anyone else visit either, it's just the same old used car sales smoke and mirrors to get vehicles off the forecourt.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Vehicle Listing I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 TFSI 50 e Plug-in Hybrid S Line Edition 1 from Evolve Motor Company, expecting a premium experience. What I received, however, is completely unacceptable: 1. The advertised charging kit was never fitted. Despite promises to send it by courier, 10 days have passed and it still hasn’t arrived. 2. The tyre warning indicator, which was supposed to turn off after 15-20 miles, remains active. 3. Critical features advertised, such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Assist, are completely missing from the car. This is misleading advertising and unprofessional service. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to think twice. Evolve Motor Company must resolve these issues immediately.

I enquired about a couple of cars from evolve and was superbly dealt with by Nick. No pressure to make the sale because the type of cars they have sell themselves! Made my decision to purchase the Q5 and the transition was seamless and he gave a really good offer for my part ex - definitely recommend evolve and dealing with Nick for your vehicles and 5 star service!
