Audi A3 2024 (24) - 35 TFSI Black Edition 5dr S Tronic

i recently had an issue with my Audi eTron, I visited the Birmingham Audi dealership and found the team to be engaging and considerate of my issues and in particular one member of their team Catherine Greenhalph stood out as she was particularly engaging, helpful and displayed a empathetic and understanding approach. Catherine was able to assist and overcome the issues I was experiencing, nothing was too much trouble and was a real pleasure to deal with, she is a great asset to your business and a real breath of fresh air to feel valued and supported as a customer, it has only enhanced my view of the Audi product and the team at Birmingham Audi.

When I enquired about buying a car here, they was nice and helpful to begin with, super friendly. The salesman I dealt with was fake nice but it’s business, not here make friends. Eventually we agreed on a car which I liked very much, I put a deposit to hold the car while they do their checks etc. Before this I had enquired about cars elsewhere so was still getting contacted with quotes through carwow, to which for the same car, I got offered a cheaper better deal so decided to pull out and go for that car. I contacted the dealership for my refund, to which no one even responded especially the car salesman who I was dealing with, before all this, he would respond with no hesitation. 2 weeks have passed, I rang and rang the dealership, being promised call back and never happened. I finally got my refund, to no apology or anything, the salesman was more pissed odd for the fact that, I ended up not getting the car off him. Such a big child and poor service overall with the fake smiles and kindness. Just keep that fake energy through out to the end. Don’t waste your time with this dealership especially . Terrible!! And glad I went elsewhere, imagine if my car had issues etc, the service I would have got from this business.

Only yesterday, a part of the handle of our came off completely and today when we rang in to see if it can be fixed, Millie ( customer- faxinf team member) was so lovely that she told us to pop in today to assess the issue in person and see if they can help us out right away or if we had to order a part which would take a few days to come in. As soon as we go there from the lady at the reception up to the point we left, the staff were absolutely kind and so helpful, especially thanks to the Listers Technician Chris who helped me and my dad right away to fix the door handle and was so warm and kind all the way to the end of the service. You don't come across people like that nowdays ! So a great asset to your team ! Thank you guys!
