Kia Sportage 2020 (70) - 1.6 CRDi 48V ISG 2 5dr DCT Auto

Really pleased overall but a little disappointed the the tracking does seem to be out. Going to need to get a wheel alignment and would have expected this to have been done before. Bar that every thing was great.

I'd recommend FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil to a friend because the sales side of the business is great. Derek was a star and a joy to do business. The only real let down was service side as there was a break down in communication between service and sales meant I had to wait for boot liner which took a good 3 weeks to get. I also felt that maybe a few things had been missed on the service that the dealership had done before handover has the glass sunroof had very little to no grease on the runners which is something that should have been checked.

Vehicle had an outstanding recall noted on the DVLA website .Not pointed out to me..Service record book not given to me and despite three subsequent calls/e-mails not sent,In the end I called in to dealership and picked it up.No apology!.
