I recently bought my Toyota GT86 Aero from UKCars4Less, and the entire experience with Steve and Will was exceptional from start to finish. I travelled down from Edinburgh to Stafford on a Saturday with my brothers, and it was absolutely worth the trip. From my first phone call, both Steve and Will were friendly, professional, and honest. They provided clear and detailed information about the GT86, including its history, condition, and features, and even sent extra photos and videos before I made the journey. This gave me full confidence that it would be exactly as described — and it was. When we arrived, I was so shocked to see how beautiful and amazing the car looked in person — I instantly knew I wanted it. I dealt mostly with Steve, and he was extremely patient and kind with me, helping me overcome any questions or concerns I had. Will stood out for his excellent knowledge of the car’s mechanics and performance — any question I had about the engine, handling, or features, he could answer with ease. Steve and Will both worked together to handle the paperwork quickly and smoothly, making the process completely stress-free. Even after the purchase, Steve continued to provide excellent customer service. About a week after buying the car, I still had some paperwork to sort out, and he waited patiently and professionally while everything was finalised — something I truly appreciated. They never rushed us, and their professionalism made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. It’s clear they take pride in both the cars they sell and the service they provide. Driving my GT86 Aero all the way back to Edinburgh was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The car was delivered to my door by William for a test drive with no sales pressure at all, the communication throughout was superb, car was as described with full service history etc. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again or recommend them to anybody else looking for a quality car, extremely happy with the whole process from viewing on Autotrader to purchasing the car

I purchased my 1.6 seat leon from William recently and I have to say it has been the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Not only did William get the car ready for me in record time he was very professional and even included a 3 month warranty free of charge. My car did have a small issue with the battery but William addressed that within 2 hours of the issue occurring at no cost to myself. 100% recommend this lovely business. Tony

They reserved the car for me in late Dec 2024. Steve sent me a great video of the car and was able to pick it up on the 5th of Jan 2025. William took me out on a good 25 minute test drive of the car when I picked it up - car drove really well, sat nav was fully working - ever so pleased with it. Great customer service and would recommend this family run company to anybody !!!! Superb service !!

I bought a Ford focus here a few weeks ago and the whole process has been great! No pushy sales which is nice and they've been very helpful all the way through. Had a couple small problems with the car but it's been sorted straight away and they've been very helpful with not causing any delays to my work life to get this done, helping in anyway they can. Would deffinilty recommend
