I bought a car from V12 about a year ago. Whilst I was in the process of buying it, the sales team was very attentive, as expected. However, once I had paid, the quality of service was poor. I didn’t receive a proper handover. I was just given the keys whilst the salesman was on the phone. I never received the car manual despite calling back and asking for it on several occasions. I also never received a spare key. I had to have both window regulators replaced not long after buying the car. To top it all off I’ve just been informed by a mechanic that the car is missing the locking wheel tool. Also, the buying process is slightly deceiving as you are unable to purchase the vehicle without a warranty. However, they only inform you of the warranty premium you have to pay on top of the vehicle price once you sit down with the sales team with the intention of making a purchase. I would definitely not recommend purchasing any vehicle from V12. The company is unreliable and the vehicles are poorly maintained.

I reserved a car and drove an hour to get there, only to find out it had already been sold. Nobody bothered to tell me beforehand, and even when I checked in at reception, nothing was mentioned. After sitting around for nearly an hour waiting to be seen, I was casually told the car wasn’t available. A complete waste of time and really poor communication.

Bought a car from Hinckley, service was solid, the place is rammed through and they need more sellers as we had to wait 30 minutes on a Sunday, after our appointment slot hence the 4 star, but beyond that I would recommend them. We had Harby as our seller seemed a nice chap.
