I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Grimsby to a friend because there was no pressure as we looked around the cars. We went to the salesman to ask for keys to a car we were interested in and they let us explore ourselves and did not hang over us.The paperwork was sent via email which was so easy.

However, there were a few letdowns: the car came without mats, less than two bars of petrol, and there was no flexibility on the price. I also felt a little put down for paying in full rather than financing. A small welcome gesture, like a bow or flowers, would have made the experience feel special. Overall, I’m happy with my car, but the buying experience could have been a bit warmer.
