Very petty. I booked a slot to test drive a BYD. I was honest with them and told the lady that I was going to buy the car through the TUSKER government scheme. There is no other way to test drive a car when you use the scheme. She preferred to waste the slot I booked rather than think of the greater good of BYD sales and help someone out. She muttered something about being very busy anf not having the time on their busiest day. The showroom was empty and I had a slot booked in any case. Genuinely pure pettiness. It would have cost them very little to help me out by doing a 15min test drive but they opted to just do nothing and have the lady sit on her backside doing nothing instead. Very telling of the sort of people you are dealing with. I when I get my BYD you can be sure I’ll do my best to avoid Pentagon Arnold for services.
