Very refreshing and honest - their words to me were they didn’t want to drag me a long way if the car wasn’t as it should be - neither of us would have wanted any back and forth if any issue arose Very appreciative of that, we were in no rush and happy to wait for all to be as it should Car in great condition when we arrived - some great cars for sale on the lot too and a good team there in general Ignore the (few) funny reviews, not a true reflection of the dealership Andrew also arranged us a three yr warranty for peace of mind which includes breakdown cover which is another bonus Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beck Evans or use them again when we next change car Thanks again Alex

Really disappointed with their after sales care…. All the smiles & charm when selling it to us, typical car sales men, but not interested when things go wrong!!! Do not recommend & definitely wouldn’t use again. Thanks for the response but no it doesn’t clarify anything. The engine warning light came on before the end of warranty & we brought it to you. You said it was nothing & connected it up to switch it off. It obviously is something because it’s come on again. The back window has not even been opened since we bought the car & the guy yesterday said there was an issue with a back window before you sold it to us. Customer care means looking at each situation differently, your business clearly has no goodwill or customer care as these issues were obviously there when we were sold the car.

Beck Evans have been great to deal with, very responsive, proactive and professional throughout the whole process of finding a used electric car in the UK and shipping it out to the Cayman Islands for us, including processing the VAT claim back. The vehicle was as advertised, as per images and video provided and we received what we had expected. I have waited over a month in posting this review since receiving the car incase anything popped up but so far the car has been great. We have recommended Matt and Sam to many of our friends one island looking to bring in a vehicle. We have previously brought in cars from Japan and Singapore over the years and found this process with Beck Evans to be better, we had more confidence during the transaction in what we were receiving was going to be of the quality and standard we had expected too.
