Vertu Land Rover Truro staff were good because we got a good deal. There were a few snags that needed revisiting and unfortunately the car had undisclosed damage on that meant the car had to go into the body shop at a later date, but I had a service given as a way of apology
I would recommend Vertu Land Rover Truro to friends and family because the whole process was seamless and Darren the salesman was incredibly informative and supportive throughout. The car was very good value for money compared to the other cars available and the whole experience was 5 star!
The experience at Vertu Land Rover Truro was not quite as expected. The used vehicle I purchased wasn’t ready for collection as arranged even though I had delayed collection for a week. Eventually the vehicle was delivered to my home. When trying to arrange a service plan I have found it very difficult to get details or speak to someone. It does not fill me with confidence ongoingly.
