Perrys Alfreton Ford staff were good because Simon Atack was very helpful, polite and explained various packages etc in detail. I also rang Louise about the service plan and she was extremely helpful and gave good advice. A good experience with helpful staff which was appreciated as I have very little knowledge about cars!
The experience at Perrys Alfreton Ford was fantastic because it was easy to arrange a test drive. No pressure to buy which I found really good as I am female and often garages do a hard sell as they think you don't know anything about cars. I arranged another visit and the showroom were really accommodating as my puppy was with me but that was no problem. There's been a minor problem with the passenger wing mirror but this is booked in for a repair and the garage were very swift to help me.
