However, most of these issues were resolved quickly by the friendly sales staff plus the intervention of the used car sales manager, except for one issue which remains outstanding two weeks later.

Vertu SEAT Darlington were great because, I bought this online from an Autotrader ad, Virtue Darlington is 275 miles from me, so no test drive, everyone I spoke to and especially Andy the salesperson were excellent, even sending me an extra video of the car, all the transactions were done by phone, text and email, ( all easily done even for this 74 year old ) and it was arranged for the car was delivered to me, and arrived at the time I was expecting it.
