I would definitely recommend Vertu Honda Grantham to a friend because of the excellent customer service I received. Especially Jammy, the sales person, was extremely helpful throughout the process—patient, clear in explaining details, and genuinely supportive in helping me choose the right car. The experience felt smooth and trustworthy, which made a big difference as a first-time buyer.
I would not recommend Vertu Honda Grantham because unfortunately we had a poor experience with the vehicle not been valeted and not auto glymed with the ceramic coating which we had already paid for. Also we decided to purchase this vehicle because it was supposed to only have 3220 miles on the odometer .When we officially received the vehicle it had approximately 4500 miles on odometer.Disappointed!
The experience at Vertu Honda Grantham was great because, my Sales Representative was very courteous, polite and very informed of the vehicle I was interested in. He also took time to explain the different finance options. There was no rushing even though there were other potential customers in the showroom at the time.
My experience at Vertu Honda Grantham was positive because Aaron took over rom Andy ..Aaron listened and answeeednoutlr questions he didn't patronised or steam roller. Andy could learn alot from his approach ,if there was no Aaron there would have been no sale . I had to remind Andy who was buying the car , he talked down to me and spoke primarily to my husband, he processed details but never answered questions which lead to alot of work for Honda unnecessarily. He told me i had to accept marketing prefernces to yes for a car to be looked at or details to be sent.! He told me what my concerns were after a test drive, not asking me, if it wasn't for Aaron I'd have walked at this point and previously .Andy seems oblivious to how poorly encounters were going . Does it matter if someone hasn't been through your process recently for buying a car , please we are people and answers our questions! It may well bring more business Aaron was helpful, professional, friendly, and took time to help us find the car we were looking for. He was able to repsond to us , Also a small concern , there seems to way of sayingni I don't want my feedback published
