These guys are just on another level compared to other motor dealers in fact I wouldn’t even want to compare them they are so far and beyond from anyone else, they’re customer service is outstanding and I would recommend buying a car from here. Upon viewing our potential vehicle there wasn’t any pressure and we purchased the same day they are genuinely kind people will do their best to help you with anything, I’m sure I’ll be replacing our 2nd car with these when the time comes, thank you.

Cannot fault the service I have recieved over the past 2 days while purchasing my new Renault Kadjar. Super accommodating, allowed me to bring forward my appointment on the same day with no issue. Very laid back, non-pushy approach. Car was spotless, and I was allowed to take my time with it. The process of buying was made so simple, especially with the finance application. No question was too much, and I had the most lovely cup of coffee made for me! (Excellent taste in coffee too I'll add!) Was able to pick the car up the following day, again, everything was super easy and all ready for me. As someone who uses a walking aid, even the gesture of opening the door to welcome me in made a huge difference. The bonus of having their warranty has helped settle my mind and nerves for these beginning months. I would 100% recommend these wonderful gentlemen. Thank you so much :)

Fantastic people to buy from. Nothing too much trouble. Cars have faults sometimes. Ours had a minor one. Sorted with out Question. I asked them if they could plug the car in to disabled a feature i didn't want, they did and no charge. Brilliant. Will definitely return to them for our next car.

I purchased an Audi a4 from cavendish UK, couldn’t fault the service, I was 90 miles away in Leicester, phoned and asked to view the car and was told not a problem no deposit needed your word is good enough. Arrived and very impressed, no pressure, felt at ease with the service and honesty. 2 months in I had a suspension issue (given age of vehicle this is normal) fell within my warrenty, I phoned and they said nothing was an issue for them if I could get the car back, they supplied me with a newer car to use whilst mine was repaired to a high standard. Couldn’t fault this company. It’s a shame I don’t live closer else I’d be recommending everyone to use.

Have been using this company for over 10 years! Fantastic service and the guys are first class. Cars have issues, but it’s how you deal with them that counts. I have purchased over 30 cars from this company and the odd problem has occured, which was instantly sorted! I have recently bought a car from another dealer and had an issue after 2 months and am now fighting with them to get problem sorted having to qoute my consumer rights! Sorry Rob and Leighton, will be back soon!

Friendly team of folks and quick sale, but that was the only positive for the business. Spent \xa311K on 2009 Discovery 3 only to have the alternator catch fire while driving in mainland Europe, which i had to replace myself. Then all 4 wheel bearings needed replacing, EGR valves, new battery. Now the timing belt tensioner completely sheared at the bolt sending the tensioner banging around under the cover. Completely destroyed engine. 2 years after purchase I'm scrapping a car that i have approximately \xa319K invested in. Not happy at all.

Cavendish are a great garage, I would definitely buy another car from them. I will be honest, I bought a car and had an issue with it but Cavendish acted on it immediately, whilst the car was in for repair they leant me a beautiful car to get around in, which I ended up falling in love with and swapping into. They offset the money I paid for the first car, full value so I could purchase the new car, very good service. After a while, I had a sensor issue on my new car, as all new cars do, even though the car was out of warranty, Cavendish still helped me out and replaced it for me. So if you want a helpful, reliable car dealer, this is the place to go.
