My experience at Vertu Škoda Darlington was cracking because of the superb customer service provided. We were looked after by a knowledgeable, professional, friendly sales executive. Ww would recommend using Vertu Skoda Darlington to anyone.

The staff at Vertu Škoda Darlington were good, especially Iver who was excellent throughout the process! Attention to detail and very knowledgeable about everything I asked. Would definitely recommend Vertu Skoda.

We found the initial discussion with Matt friendly and helpful. Did not feel pressurised. He listened to our specific need to find a Skoda Superb - automatic 4X drive - and he delivered. His colleagues also helpful (Graeme and the Manager). Much better experience than Lookers... where an over reliance on "red tape" and an inordinate amount of time was spent on a computer system.

I would not recommend Vertu Škoda Darlington because its simply the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Embarrassing how bad the service team are.
