My experience at Vertu Land Rover Guiseley was cracking because A BIG SHOUTOUT TO MARIE CHARLTON. FROM A SIMPLE PHONE ENQUIRY SHE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO MY REQUEST IN DETAIL. AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME FOUND A CAR MATCHING THAT WISH LIST. ALTHOUGH TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN WE WOULD OF LIKED WE GOT THERE.. THANK YOU….
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because the overall experience was professional and efficient until I needed some items that were missing from the car, I’ve had the car a month now and am still waiting for any information updates. The salesperson doesn’t seem to understand my frustration and lacks a sense of urgency
