Competitive pricing of cars. Friendly staff. Wasn't bother about vehicle prep as I was going to give it a good clean anyway but I did need 2-3 hours to decontaminate the paint. Also needed to go into my local Kia dealer almost immediately due to harsh vibration that was reminded but not picked up during inspection.
The whole buying experience at Bradford Vertu was so easy from the initial enquiry to collecting the car. Communication was prompt and efficient. I was able to choose which additional products to add to my car without any heavy salesman pressure. The finance application was simple to complete. When I collected the car it was ready and waiting, beautifully presented. The team were very helpful when I collected the car, answering all my questions. A few days after collection I noticed an imperfection on the paintwork; I obtained a quote from a local smart repair company and contacted the dealer. I was told to have the work completed and then send the invoice and my bank details. This was processed within days and a payment sent: this was beyond my expectations. I travelled over 168 miles from Aylesbury in Bucks to use this dealer and wouldn’t hesitate using them again. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had, 5 Star.
