Pentagon Ford Runcorn have only relatively recently become a commercial vehicle/Transit Centre. This is super convenient for me living so close to the dealership. On this occasion the van needed some software updates due to a company recall, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. You can’t really ask for more than that. The Service receptionist/advisor I dealt with Sue, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

This was my first time purchasing my car through Ford Runcorn. I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic. I dealt with Ian Edwards and highly recommend his service. From start to finish Ian was superb. He explained everything, knowledge & client service was excellent. Such a nice man.
