Absolutely amazing customer service and highly recommend dealing with Charltons at Boroughbridge. I bought a car from them in July 2024, warranty expired in October and my car unfortunately developed a fault in November. My local garage identified the fault which was very expensive to repair. Spoke to Mark at Charlton’s at Boroughbridge to see if there was any way they could help, and he kindly offered a financial contribution towards the cost - amazing customer service which even our mechanic commented on having dealt with him directly.
