The 2 guys at the wakefield Branch on reception are def assets to the company, very polite and helpful, keep you informed throughout and keep you plyed with coffee. I must say tho salesmen aren't up to scratch, I wanted to trade the car in, and pay balance but he seemed only concerned with PCP, promised to ring and email me with figures but never did, spent over \xa330k today at Evans Halshaw, totally different experience. Removed 2 stars due to non returned calls...

Well, was told the car was one spec then after rushing through paperwork and signing agreement , when it came to insurance the vehicle it showed a different spec. The information given seemed to be flowing after docs were signed. Mispresentation even if verbal. Was asked to collect the car today when we had made it clear at point os sale we had a lease car which could not be returned until after the 15th of the mobth, yet again felt rail roaded as the docs were signed. The customervservice was poor as the car was notcready to collect or valeted. My partner had to wait 4.5 hours... What should have been an exciting day to collect my vehicle was a farce and i left in tears. We were told they couldnt do much more ie to compensate for the shear gaps in training and customer services process they have...my partner requested that the manager who had initially sold the vehicle to call and make an apology for the inexperience the rude manager we dealt with thought it was clever to say well could you not tell the spec of the engine when testvdriving it, my response was can you tell the difference between a 2.0 a.8 or 1.6 if it wasnt stated on the vehicle, his response as you canimagine was a no, completely flawed his own poor response. So no i wouldnt ever buy from them again... i hope they actually read this and i get a senior manager whonknows how to treat customers and do the right thing.... appalled and extremely disappointed . Btw there were novraised voices or shouting just a calm adult conversation but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. Oh one more to add on collection of vehilcle were told it had been serviced asked to see paperwork and guess what no service hence the 4.5 hour wait....
