My experience at Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central could have been better because I felt I was being told things they thought I wanted to hear rather than just being honest, particularly with timeframes of when the car would be ready. And pick up time. I was given a time and then was sitting around for at least 2 hours and most of that I was left on my own. Everyone was pleasant and polite, but seemed disorganised or uncertain when it came to when the car would be ready.
