Vertu Ford Stoke were great because their attention to us as customer was excellent. I had Jack Bannister as a sales representative and his attention and knowledge was second to none. He clearly knew all about the cars and the products and services you had to offer, if he didnt know he would find out straight away. We also asked lots and lots of questions on several different occassions in person, by phone and email and he answered them all with great patience and consideration. We also met the Sales manager Calum who supported the sale and he also helped answer questions when Jack was busy elsewhere. What I also would like to highlight is the after care, on the day and a few days later I had further questions and it was no trouble at all to the team, to answer, they offered for me to pop in with the car so they could understand what I was asking properly. Many Thanks to all involved - particularly Jack - will definitely be back when I am looking for my next vehicle and recommend them to people I know.
My experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was really good. We looked for the car we had seen on auto trader. We we went into the sales room we spoke to Phil he Introduced us to Jack Dundas who was exceptional. He was very well informed about the car. He made the whole process easy and is a very nice and helpful Lad. When we collected the car it was the same service we had received on tbe first visit.
