Can’t be more happy and grateful for how i was treated the other day at Vogue Auto Cars. I bought a Car and couldn’t be anymore happy with how I was treated and how no pressure or any other issues occurred with the sale. It was a smooth process and was very happy with one in particularly Saleswoman there called Kelly who i could not recommend enough. Kelly lead both me and my dad through the whole process and showed step by step how everything will be and showing benefits both off the cars and the process it self. 5/5 service 5/5 knowledge 5/5 experience 5/5 friendless and a special thank you too Kelly for making this whole experience possible and easy 10/10

Great experience on both days staff team was helpful. When I came to collect everything was ready and work had been done for me which i noticed on the car on the test drive great team very professional at all times beautiful car .... just one remark on the advertisement it says \xa320 of fuel ⛽️ in sold cars but mine certainly hadn't any put in . When I got back home The fuel ⛽️ light came on the dash saying using fuel reserve. So why advertise it 🤔 other than that the car is driving fantastic no issues everything is working as it should do so far.I would definitely recommend this garage to my friends and family members myself and my husband would definitely would come back in the future if we wanted to trade in for another car .Enjoyed chatting with the staff team decided to take the extra warranty out for a year for peace of mind this was explained and set up straight away so am one happy customer loving my new mercedes 😊

Cant really complain about anything tbh, good, friendly service, I did organise the finance myself so I cant really comment on that side of things. The vehicle was in a good, clean condition, few swirl marks on the paint, but I suppose that's down to the valeting guys. Car even came with a dash cam fitted, not sure wether this was from previous owner or garage have just chucked it in for free., only negatives I could think of, and im being really nitpicky, would be the admin fee, which I know pretty much every dealer charges this, but I just don't agree with it in principle. I sorted out the car tax and myself and the finance company did all the paperwork etc, it doesn't cost anything to senhd off for the new V5 document, and the warranty is just the standard one, so I don't really see where the admin fee goes to??, however I would highly recommend this garage.
