Saw the car on forecourt on Sunday when salesroom was closed. Put a reserve on it online. Test drive next day and bought it! I couldn't take delivery immediately because of my holidays, but I requested a dashcam be fitted in the meantime. Two weeks later I'm the proud owner of my 4th Ford Kuga. The salesman, James, has been so helpful both during the sales process and since. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything promised has been fulfilled.
