CarSupermarket.com Birmingham was the place I bought my car, but my experience was all down the professional but friendly and personal interaction I has with Cassandra. From the first telephone call we had, she did everything in her power to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Cassandra knew I needed the car as quickly as practical and, even with Mercedes throwing in a safety recall, she made things happen, even down to going to collect the car herself knowing I was coming to collect it. Cassandra even missed her lunch to ensure that I could get off. The next time I want a car, I’ll be contacting CarSupermarket Birmingham first and asking for Cassandra. She is a credit to your business and should be used as an example of what is, not good practise, but best practise.
we bought the car and when we came to pickup, we were told that car has been checked and approved by the technician. We noticed that petrol cover could not be closed, boot could not open with the car key, some scratches on the car, nothing was mentioned in the inspection report. We returned the car. We are very disappointed.
