I recently bought a car from Swansway Bolton Honda, and I’m really impressed by the outstanding service provided by Warren and his team. Buying a car is a big decision, and initially, I was concerned about the total price, so I considered not going ahead. The sales team and the manager worked together to find the best solution for me, which I truly appreciated. What amazed me most was their efficiency. I live far away from Bolton and thought it would be impossible for them to complete all the checks, MOT, part replacements, and painting within just one day. My experience at Swansway Honda Bolton was cracking because I wasn’t expecting much but I’ve never visited there before. Looking at the stock on the forecourt didn’t help at all. Then on the way out I spotted a 3 year old motor and asi I was thinking about it, a salesman who I learned was Warren spoke to me. As we discussed this car we found it was very like what I wanted. We walked thru it and after a while we came to agreee On it no hard sell but it suited my parameters…Warren led me to it eventually and to cut a long story short I bought it.
