Saw the car on forecourt on Sunday when salesroom was closed. Put a reserve on it online. Test drive next day and bought it! I couldn't take delivery immediately because of my holidays, but I requested a dashcam be fitted in the meantime. Two weeks later I'm the proud owner of my 4th Ford Kuga. The salesman, James, has been so helpful both during the sales process and since. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything promised has been fulfilled. I was pleased with Perrys Mansfield Ford and would recommend them because they were very professional and efficient! Particularly James he was extremely thorough his expertise and knowledge about the cars we looked at and then the one we purchased was at a level we’ve not experienced before!! Also we must mention Julie she was amazing, leading a very professional team the company must be very proud!!
My experience at Perrys Mansfield Ford could have been better because ,I felt they we’re pushing for a deal , they wouldn’t move on the trade in value of my car which was top of the range Kuga vignale with £3000 worth of ford extra’s on my trade in, and they pushed for my new car to be collected on the last day of the financial month , and not the 1st so I lost a months tax at £620 for new car
