I noticed something on the exterior of the vehicle that wasn’t satisfactory, and the staff were able to reduce the price so I could purchase the parts to get the issue fixed at my place of residence, as I lived a few hours away. I was then able to purchase and take the car back with me the same day without an extra journey.

It took a couple of weeks to make arrangements to view and test drive and I was kept updated throughout. Blake started the process and I dealt with Kieran on the day. Very friendly 'non pushy' professional, there were a few details to run through on the and all decisions were mine. The car was better than I expected and I got a fair deal on my part exchange.
