2 weeks ago i was looking at a rafale. Met with paul who took us for a test drive in the car that I was looking at. Paul was extremely helpful and advised that the car can be held for me as I was wanting to pay outright. Brought husbands car back in for some work doing and asked paul and Luke if I could maybe look at financing the car for a short period of time. Luke and paul again were again extremely helpful. Paul was very chatty and both paul and Luke went out of their way to help sort out finance etc.

I can't speak well enough of the exceptional service I received at Cars2 Renault Wakefield when I purchased my Dacai Duster. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and taken care of, but it was the incredible effort of one person in particular—Kate—that truly made the experience outstanding. Kate was absolutely lovely, her professionalism and knowledge were immediately clear. She answered all my questions about the Duster. Kate really went above and beyond. A big part of my decision was checking the service history, and the previous records were stored in the car / another location and despite the truly wild weather and it being 10 minutes before close, Kate braved the weather to get the documents for me and called me straight back. She didn't hesitate or try to convince me to just call into the garage / call back another day; when she called me back she said, "I'm glad I did because it's got full service history." Which just showed she understood how important the service history was to me before travelling over. She went out of her way in terrible conditions to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to buy my Duster with complete confidence and Kate even drove the duster somewhere slightly quieter to test drive the car with it being bigger than I am used to. If you're looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend visiting Cars2 Renault Wakefield and asking for Kate. Her service is second to none, and her willingness to go above and beyond is so refreshing! Thanks Kate , I really appreciate it

Great experience at Cars2 Renault Wakefield! We went in to test drive a Scenic and although initially were disappointed that it might not be possible, Kate was great and managed to sort a car for us to drive. She was extremely helpful and able to answer all our questions while also doing a great job of selling the car to our kids.

Bought a Clio recently from Cars 2 Wakefield the whole process was pain free. The salesman was named Rob & we found that he was very helpful,courteous & very knowledgeable about the vehicle but not pushy, very different from other dealerships we had visited. So definitely 5 stars from us.
