Couldn't be happier! My old car reached a point beyond repair on Easter Sunday. Looked online and found a suitable replacement at Bryant Cars. Called on Bank Holliday Monday and Tristan took the call even though he was at home! 10.30 Tuesday morning the car was delivered to my doorstep. I was unable to test drive or inspect the car before purchase but took a leap of faith. The car is exactly as described. As Bryant Cars deals with the lower end of the price bracket, attractive to first time buyers or those on a budget one might expect a reduced level of service. Not the case at all! 5 Star!! Good to see that integrity is still alive and well. Thank you.

I wish it was a DeLorean so I could go back in time and not buy from this dealership and I'd advise purchasing with caution. I bought a car from them in January 2024 as I was in desperate need. The car seemed fine and with a short test drive around the business park, I purchased the motor. I was told it comes with three months warranty which helped with my decision to buy. However, on my drive home, the car started to judder aggressively at 50mph and the 'T/C Off' and 'Check Engine' light came on and the front passenger door stopped opening from the outside. I notified Tristan and he said it was a Sensor issue and it was pretty much a straight forward fix and that he would purchase the part and do it himself and he would notify me when it had arrived and he would take a look at the door. Anyone else would of returned the car the next day but you live and you learn. It took 2 months for Tristan to replace the sensor and it still didn't resolve the issue as speaking to another Mechanic, he could of purchased a defect because he opted for a cheaper non brand part. He used a diagnostic tool and the codes still pointing to an airflow intake issue. In April I messaged, concerned that the issues wouldn't be fixed before the warranty expired but Tristan stated he would still fix the issues if we ran out of time (via WhatsApp so I have proof). Fast forward to now, July 2024, I have messaged numerous times and have been ignored each time, he has even gone as far as turning off his WhatsApp 'Last Seen Online'. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, may be his WhatsApp is playing up and saw he was still advertising cars on Facebook Marketplace and messaged through one of his ads and he's read it and ignored it. I would strongly advise that you don't purchase from this dealership, and if you do - I recommend bringing your own diagnostic tool to scan the codes on the motor and taking it for a long test drive on an A Road/60mph+ road but I would just avoid completely and not make the same mistake I did.
