My experience at Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East could have been better because during test drive the car run out of petrol, servicing etc was not explained/offered or price given, delivery was a joke - person delivered car and left it in a parking area (not in front of house) I only noticed it when I left my front door. Then had to wait hours for the 'deliver' driver to return to give me the keys to the vehicle. The whole experience was terrible, think more training of staff could benefit purchasers, however, I am very happy with the vehicle.
