Great customer service, until they realise they haven’t been transparent with their information! My partner bought a car with lots of issues. It was great until they had to fix the lights (issue raised within warranty), so we were told we’d get it fixed, and an extra years warranty for having over 5 issue over the year. Turns out on the day of getting it fixed, it was a “favour” to get the lights fixed and no extra year warranty. Poor customer service in the end. Won’t be back.

Buying a new car was very easy and smooth. The sales team were friendly and efficient, and helpful without pushing a sale, and it took less than a week from choosing a car to driving it away. This is the second car I've bought from Dalkeith ford centre and wouldn't hesitate to go back ~ they're hard to beat!
